Well, Rumbi strives on human empowerment. She is passionate about peoples ability to succeed and how very able they truly are. She has worked in multi faceted sectors from the health care industry to corporate. What she has discovered is that consciously or sub-consciously, everyone really wants to do more and can do more. Sometimes it’s just that they just haven’t received the best support, resources nor infrastructure to perform effectively.

A coaching avenue creates the pathway required for their innovative streak to ignite!! She enjoys working with individuals and groups and finds that sometimes – we all just need to be heard. We all just need to be given a listening ear – we all just need to feel understood.
